General Event Information

When: Sunday 25th June 2017

What: The Regional will run over 1 day. The length of the gaming is dependent on numbers attending. If we have 25-40 players it will be a 5 round Swiss event with Top 8 cut. If we get 41-76 it will be a 6 Round Swiss event with a Top 8 cut to determine the Regional Champion. To allow the event to be completed over 1 day the event will be capped at 76.

Ticket price: £15.00

Your ticket gets you entrance into the Regional and provides you with lunch.

Timings: Registration opens 9.00 – 9.45 Welcome & Event brief 9.50am (including first round draw) Round 1 starts 10am

Lunch: 30-minute break on the Saturday. Food is included in your ticket.

Lunch will be a cold buffet of Subway Baguettes, crisps and cakes. If you have any special dietary requirements, please send them to events@elementgames.co.uk

Please make sure you have read the latest FAQ before the event and have two copies of your deck list for submission at Registration.

Legal product: Only models and rules that are released for general sale in the UK prior to the event may be used at the NW Regional. If a new Chapter pack is released around the Regional an announcement over its legality at the event will be made before the event by the Tournament Organiser.

No product released within 11 days of the event date will be legal.

OTHER INFORMATION

Food: Snacks and drinks will be available on site. Lunch is provided but there are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to bring something in.

Drinks: The venue has a fully licenced Bar serving hot & cold drinks, soft and alcoholic. As we are a licenced venue no outside drinks may be brought in to the venue and any players bringing drinks in will be asked to take them outside.

Parking: FREE PARKING all day outside in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.

Public transport: Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you'll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than £2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road - opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.

This purchase is for a virtual ticket and no physical product will be sent out to you. If you discover you can't attend the event we can process a refund for you up to 5 days prior to the event running. Please email support@elementgames.co.uk.

If after this date you find you can't attend we won't be able to process a refund for you as food, venue space and prizes will have been bought and paid for.
