1. This is a Relaxed Tier tournament, meaning players are encouraged to help each other improve and learn, so long as it does not significantly disrupt the game. The focus is on creating a fun and friendly environment.

2. You may choose one of the featured factions; Baratheon, Greyjoy, Martell or Tyrell and any agenda except one of the other three featured faction's banners. If you choose a non-featured faction, you must choose one of the featured faction's banners as your agenda.

3. Please observe the joust restricted list when deck building.

4. We will be using a Rookery sideboard. Your Rookery may include 10 draw deck cards and 2 plot deck cards that you may switch out between games after seeing your opponent's faction and agenda. 5. We'll use a Custom Structure, meaning the number of rounds will be based on the number of participants. Three Swiss rounds if there are 4-8 players, four Swiss rounds if there are 9-16 and five Swiss rounds if there are 17-32 players. This event does not have a top cut. A minimum of 5 players are necessary to play.

6. Games will be 55 minutes. Total event time should depend on the number of players. It could possibly be five hours, but more likely three to four.
