This is a Relaxed Tier tournament, meaning players are encouraged to help each other improve and learn, so long as it does not significantly disrupt the game. The focus is on creating a fun and friendly environment.

We'll use a Basic Structure, meaning the number of rounds will be based on the number of participants. Three Swiss rounds if there are 4-8 players, four Swiss rounds if there are 9-16 and four Swiss rounds with a top four cut if there are 17-24 players.
Games will be 55 minutes. Total event time should depend on the number of players.
