Cuota de participación: 20 euros. Esto incluye los premios del kit del torneo, otros posibles extras como byes para torneos y un % del precio de la entrada en crédito de la tienda (por determinar, tal vez cubra las bebidas dentro del recinto).
Ese es el mínimo necesario para cubrir el coste de todos los premios y el alquiler del espacio con un mínimo de 20 jugadores. Si la participación aumenta, se devolverá el dinero sobrante (todo el mundo recibirá un premio de participación en todo caso).
En cuanto a los byes para torneos como torneo regional otorgará al ganador una compra para el nacional español que probablemente tendrá lugar en Septiembre y muy probablemente Flea Bottom formará parte del programa Road to Stahleck el ganador recibirá una compra para la cuota de salida de los torneos Joust y Melee de dicho torneo.

Flea Bottom Madrid está planteado para ser una experiencia de fin de semana completo con mucho tiempo para que los jousters se junten y descubran la ciudad. Las actividades extra son opcionales, por supuesto.
14 de Abril 12.30 - 16:30 : La ¨Hospitalidad" del Lecho de Pulgas . Tour deTapas.
Un tour informal visitando bares auténticos (los infalibles de Carlos: nada de masificaciones turísticas) , comiendo tapas para el almuerzo/comida. Si tu hora de llegada cae en medio de este rango de tiempo, pero todavía quieres unirte no dudes en ponerte en contacto con el TO para comprobar un punto de encuentro. (Las bebidas y la comida que se consuman aquí no están incluidas en la cuota de participación).
14 de abril 16:30 - 17:30: Check in en alojamientos
A esta hora nos trasladaremos al Hostel Golden Alcala o al hotel Travelodge Alcalá (alojamientos recomendados por la organización del torneo, ver más abajo) para que la gente se registre en el hotel que está cerca del refugio de Kingdom Wargames. Si has reservado otro alojamiento este sería el momento perfecto para hacer tu propio check-in si quieres unirte en algún momento de la siguiente etapa.
14 de abril 17:30 - 2:00. Un Sparring casual en Kingdom Wargames se declara para el viernes por la tarde. Este es el momento para charlar, compartir bebidas, calentar y playtestestear en un ambiente muy informal. El momento de las "galanterías" antes de la pura rivalidad de la Justa del sábado. Kingdom Wargames es un club de juegos, así que podemos pedir comida y tomar algo allí (no se permiten bebidas de fuera).

16 de Abril 10.00 - TBD: Torneo de Melee Side en Kingdom Wargames. Los detalles de este torneo se decidirán en función del número de participantes restantes.
Por supuesto esto es solo un plan sugerido para tu experiencia en el Flea Bottom. Y... por supuesto planes nocturnos improvisados como ir de copas o similares pueden aparecer durante esos días. ¡La ciudad de Madrid vibra durante la noche!

La duración de la ronda será de 55 minutos.

Participation Fee: 20 euros. This includes the tournament kit prizes,, other posible giveaways like byes for tournaments and a % of the ticket fee in shop credit (to be defined, maybe it will cover drinks inside the venue). That's the minimum needed to cover cost of all prizes and space rental with the min of 20 players. In terms of byes for tournaments as a regional tournament it will grant to the winner a bye for the spanish national that will probably happen on September and very probably Flea Bottom will be part of the Road to Stahleck program the winner will receive a buy for the start fee of both the Joust and Melee tournaments of that tournament.

Schedule of Activities!!!
Flea Bottom Madrid it is planned to be a full weekend experience with plenty of time for the jousters to gang-up and discover the city. The extra activities are optional of course.
14th April 12.30 PM - 16:30 PM: Flea Bottom's Hospitality. Tapas city tour.
An Informal tour visiting authentic bars (Carlos' trustees: no touristic crap) , eating tapas for brunch/lunch. If your time of arrival lands in the middle of this time range but still you wanna join do not hesitate to contact the TO to check for a meeting point. (The drinks and food consumed here are not included in the participation fee).
14th April 16:30 PM - 17:30PM: Check In Time. At this time we will move to either the Golden Alcala Hostel or the Travelodge Alcala hotel (tournament organization´s recommended accommodations, see below ) to let the people check in the hotel which is close to the haven of Kingdom Wargames. If you booked another accomodation this would be the perfect time to do your own check-in if you want to join at some point of the next stage.
14th April 17:30 PM - 2:00AM. Casual Sparring at Kingdom Wargames it is declared on Friday's evening. This is the time for chatting, share drinks, warm up and playtest in a very casual mood. The time of "galantries" before the fights of Saturday's Joust. Kingdom Wargames it is a Cardgames/Tabletop playing club so we can order food there and enjoy some drinks there (drinks from the outside are not allowed).

16th April 10.00 AM-TBD: Melee Side tournament at Kingdom Wargames. The details of this tournament will be defined depending on the number of remaining participants.
Of course this is just a suggested plan for your Flea Bottom experience. And.. of course improvised nightlife plans like clubbing or similar may appear during those days. Madrid's borough thrives during the night!
